Brady is a Florida native, former Navy SEAL, as well as a pastor and speaker with a passion for helping others grow in clarity, character, and conviction.

Brady brings over two decades of leadership and instructional experience to churches, men’s groups, executive teams, retreats, and conferences. In his time as a SEAL, he’s led teams in high-pressure environments and was repeatedly recognized for excellence in leadership and instruction. He then served as a Special Operations instructor for the SEAL Teams and has brought his experience to local, state and federal agencies providing leadership development and training for organizations nationwide.

In addition to his professional background, Brady has served in pastoral ministry for several years and currently serves as the Regional Director for Engage Your Destiny in San Diego, where he helps equip and mobilize leaders through emotional intelligence training, faith-based teaching, discipleship, and transformational experiences.

A gifted teacher with a passion for coaching, Brady is deeply committed to helping others succeed and become the best version of who God created them to be. He is a loving husband and the proud father of six children.
